Supporters of Egypt's ousted Islamist president Mohamed Mursi are to continue their defiance of the military-backed government with what they have called 'a million-man march' through Cairo today.
Thousands of Muslim Brotherhood members have been camped out for a month now at Cairo's Rabaa al-Adawiya mosque, demanding Mursi's reinstatement.
