The Democratic pundants try to bail out the actions of Al Gore. What people need to understand it that when the rich are permitted to buy their way out of pollution reductions, the poor people have to make it up. Money does not clean pollution! Pollution stratigies do, and when rich buy their way out, the poor picks up the slack.
