A site that lets you add poetry
Sounds like good fun to me
But my writing has been very lax lately
So a test will allow me to see
If I still can put lines together
And get them to scan and to rhyme
'Though lately my input is never
I just never give me the time
So I'll set myself out a new quest
To get one of these wrote every day
It might get me a bit stressed
But it might spark the old spongy grey
I don't have a plan of the themes
Or how they will form themselves out
I'm just gonna sit at this screen
And let my mind throw stuff about
I dont know if you will be waiting
Or if I will talk to myself
Either way I will keep on creating
Be it bad or good for my health
So I'll end this opening poem
And see if I can last the week
Cos right now I've no way of knowing
If it'll end with a roar or a squeak
