All the beauty I have known,
For me extant in palimpsest,
(Real, would weigh a trillion ton) ,
God carries on his breath.
The palatial dreams of my youth
Never have and never shall
Be built by me, no, my growth
Is as the sounding of a bell.
Chuang Tzu's butterfly, I roam
From civilized to primeval,
Earth is but a temporary home
For chrysalising beauty larval.
