the flashes of light are reality
and it's not so bad
the hurt drifts away
and it's almost like being free
the darkness is being overcome
by my own personal reality
my own flashes of light
i can see, it's hard at first
but i can finally see
and i'm moving on
and it's good and it feels amazing
the flashes of light saved me
