Must everything mean something?
How long must you wander till yonder
Till you find one that keeps you
And shows you the worth of wonder.
And as you lay bare and stripped down
Exposes your weaknesses and inward scars
A million voices pound but hear only one sound
You bring out the best, And love the worst.
Fall in tune to your movements and thoughts
Everything in sequence with this thud of heart
You are in turns haunting and beautiful
But like all wonders, Too soon you depart.
