Everyday my heart grows fonder
I look into your eyes and start to ponder
Everything that I am that I've become
Quickly dissolves and fades away

Hearing your words spoken so softly so sweet
Calm me down yet keep me at the edge of my seat
I loose myself when I'm with you
All my worries and fears tears and despairs

I don't even seem to care
My face lightens up and I squirm in my seat
Whenever you say something darling or sweet
I live for your touch I live for your love
I thank God up in heaven for giving me someone
Someone I call my own
