Ocean is hidden
At the core of my heart
Its wrinkled surface
Is on my aged skin.
Thoughts of waves
Hit repeatedly
Rocks on the shore
Laying bare the mind.
Lying on the sand
In hot noon sun
I got turned into
Baked eggplant*.
Who can isolate
The ocean in me?
The ocean inside's
Broader and deeper.
*'eggplant' is also called 'brinjal' in many countries
