I traveled on uncombed reminiscences
for ever and a day
it rains with the sun silent out.
We had wrecked our ship
by steering it into an island,
far down on the verge of earth.
We walked away
Leaving it bleeding
As the woods were on fire,
All we had left was a lost rain
