Alright, the original Quake seemed to like to throw complex words together, so let's do a bit more of it ourselves! First word... Caliginous, dark and obscure. Yep, that describes this level perfectly! Nobody can see anything! Second word... Minaret, a Muslim tower with a balcony. Well, sure, it is only one level and there is no balcony, but of course people could tell it has something to do with the Muslim faith and therefore the rest must be true!
Oh, this is also a retexturing of Underworld Excursion which was a redux of Eternity which was a retexturing of Decrepit Solitude. That is four times we have seen this level. If you think it was boring the first time, wait until you go through it three more times!
