Harvey Glance, the personal coach of Olympic and Commonwealth 400m champion, Kirani James shares some secrets of James' success.
Glance was addressing members of Grenada's Commonwealth Games team at a dinner on Friday night in Glasgow, Scotland.
"If you don't want success, then stop being successful," he told the Grenadians.
"He (Kirani) makes all the right choices to be a champ."
"When you win, you win with a lot of people but let me tell about losing. When you lose, you lose alone," he said.
