Fumbling tasks to the left.
Replacing new mistakes for old.
Where have you gone?
How busy can you be?
Did the quick breaks stretch overtly?
Have all those stolen mp3's distracted you?
Be firm in building, creating.
For the race is sometimes won.
Most often by those with diligence,
not negligence.
Be courageous young man!
Let your father’s rigor inspire you.
And lest you forget,
Mother’s love and prayers.
They have allowed you silent peace.
The ability to perform in utmost pressure.
You are capable, yet squander your intelligence.
Writing poems, listening to music, being busy.
