the key to my soul
the key to happiness
the key to release to it all
I’ve searched for so long
I started to give up
but then I found it
I found the key
I could finally release it
release it all
all the anger
all the pain
all the depression
all the thoughts of giving up
I released it all
I am now free
free for the first time
in such a long time
I am now free
free to feel happiness
free to be loved
free to love back
free of it all
free to be me
the real me
