The sky came alive with vibrant hues
Of indigo and crimson
Stillness and beauty surrounded
I felt as though I had stepped into a painting
A most beautiful canvas of nature
Evoking varying emotions
Much like the varying shades displayed
Joy that there is much beauty
Excitement as my eyes soak it in
Appreciation for nature's gifts
Calming whilst I reflect
Passion for loving something so lovely
Sadness as it fades
Loneliness as you are not here to watch the sunset with me
