Okaya/Rodan DK23 dekatron do-hickie flashing all 4 patterns, selectable by pushing the little button up front. Patterns are (1) Slinky, (2) Sound modulator - responds to any audio; voice or music. When quiet, it switches to a standard pendulum. (3) Radar, and (4) Jellyfish. Much more fun than a simple spinner ! (3) and (4) slowly precess clockwise. Safe too. Runs from either 12VDC or 9VAC (50 or 60Hz).
