This weekend owes its share to one of the highly anticipated movies – ‘Gabbar Is Back’! That’s right…the same film that’s doing the rounds for Akshay Kumar and Shruti Haasan’s sizzling chemistry and Akki’s jaw dropping avatar. So, are you hearing me? I am taking you to our quick film review that’ll help you decide on whether to watch or not watch the film! Coming to the film’s plot, there’s no more dangerous than a common man on a death wish.
This is one such story of a man remorselessly wronged by the establishment. Predictably, the system doesn't seem to care — let alone resolve. That's when Akshay Kumar takes matters in his own hands. An underground vigilante army, a secret identity, an elaborate modus…all of these when combined make a 'GABBAR'— a true hero, with dreadful villainous instincts. He soon finds that the police and the government are out to get the vigilante behind those killings.
The film follows Sonu Sood aka Balbir Singh as he heads the task of hunting down the ACF. Not just that, after an exceptionally scripted Baby, this one is a perfect comeback to the genre, which Akshay does best-action entertainers. Remember how he struck gold with Rowdy Rathore? All said and done – the content of the film has tugged our hearts. So watch it to love it and here’s our Bollywood Uncut rating- 4 stars on 5!
