This film was produced in 1941 before the beginning of Nazis' attack on USSR. Because of its "light" tone, depicting a Red Army solder as a handsome witty youth in love and so on, the release of the film was prolonged for 4 years, when the Soviet victory over Germany was made clear. According to IMDb, it was released in USSR soon after USSR, in 1946. It's really well-made romantic comedy, as you can see this fragment.
