The gunning down of five men in Penang by police have raised concerns about how the force deals with criminals but Malaysia's police chief has defended his colleagues - and quashed any rumours of a shoot-to-kill policy. He's also said he's not concerned with the force's critics - welcoming the family members of the Penang victims to take legal action against them if they wished.
