Përfaqësues te "Albpetrolit" thonë se "Armo" prej vitesh nuk i paguan borxhet dhe se mbledhja e tyre mbetet për tu zgjidhur vetëm ne Gjykate. Si pasoje e keq menaxhimit qe vjen nga korrupsioni politik gjendja financiare e kompanisë nga viti ne vit është përkqesuar. Kontrolli i Larte i Shtetit evidentoi një borxh qe "Armo" i ka "Albpetrilit" ne shumën 3.9 mld leke. Ndaj shitja e gjiganditi te naftës duket si nje zgjidhje jo vetëm për te dale nga kjo situate, por edhe për ti ardhur ne ndihme financave te tkurrura publike, për këtë vit. Sipas eksperteve vlera kontabël e kompanisë arrin ne afro 300 milion euro.
