Pak dite pas mbledhjes se pare te trupës se re te Komisionit Qendror te Zgjedhjeve, kreu i prezencës se OSBE-se ne Tirane, Eugen Wollfarth eshte takuar me drejtuesen e tij, Lefteri Lleshi dhe nënkryetarin Denar Biba. Pas takimit te shkurtër, Wolfarth tha se kishte biseduar mbi mbarëvajtjen e zgjedhjeve te përgjithshme te vitit te ardhshëm. "Sot ishte takimi i pare për zgjedhjet e vitit 2013. Me kryetaren dhe nënkryetarin e KQZ-se diskutuam sesa e rëndësishme është nga ana teknike për vendin, qe ne zgjedhjet e 2013 te ekzistoje nje fryme e mire bashkëpunim. Pas këtij takimi, jam i bindur se ekzistojnë te gjithë përbërësit e nevojshëm qe ata te japin shërbimin me te mire për vendin ne këto zgjedhje. Pritet qe te vijnë vëzhguesit e OSBE për zgjedhjet e 2013-ës ndërsa prezenca jone ne Shqipëri po punon ne disa projekte konkrete qe te mbështesim KQZ-ne". Ka thene ambasadori Wollfarth. I pyetur për debatin e krijuar mes palëve per zgjedhjen e kreut te ri te prokurorisë se përgjithshme, ambasadori i OSBE-se tha se shpreson ne gjetjen e një figure te paanshme. "Po vazhdojnë bisedimet për mënyrën sesi interpretohet kushtetuta. Por besoj se do te jete nje zgjedhje e mire. Me e rëndësishmja është zgjedhja e një personaliteti te kualifikuar qe do te ishte ne gjendje ta kryente punën e kryeprokurorit ne mënyre neutrale dhe te paanshme".
