Qeveria ka miratuar heqjen e TVSH për makineritë qe përdoren ne bujqësi si dhe heqjen e kesaj takse per çimenton dhe çelikun qe përdoren per ndërtimin e hidrocentraleve. Kryeministri Berisha ka argumentuar se këto masa merren ne kuadrin e nje pakete reformash qe synon rritjen e prodhimit dhe punësimit dhe qe përgatit suksesin e mandatit te trete te ketij koalicioni. Por sipas tij te gjitha këto lehtësira fiskale bëjnë te domosdoshëm nje disipline te forte fiskale. Kryeministri ka ironizuar edhe kreun e PS Edi Rama për pretendimet se qeveria po kopjon programin e se majtës. Partia Socialiste ndërsa ka përsëritur akuzat se qeveria po kopjon programin e saj i ka kujtuar Berishës se po bën premtime te njëpasnjëshme për fshatin vetëm pasi e ka lëne atë 8 vjet ne harrese.
