New Delhi, Jan 24 (ANI): Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Sunday congratulated Bharatiya Janata Party's incumbent president Amit Shah, saying he is the man behind the party's growth. He also said that under Shah's leadership, BJP scaled new heights by coming to power in Maharashtra, Haryana, Jharkhand and Jammu and Kashmir and will surely win upcoming elections too. Amit Shah is set to start a second term as BJP president today as he is tipped to be elected unopposed to the party's top post. His current term ended yesterday and the new term will be his first full-term lasting three years.
