While driving down the I-84 West (CT), the driver has seen a vehicle lose control and slide into the direction of a parked vehicle on the side of the highway.
Not knowing at the time, but the dashcam had recorded the vehicle hitting a person standing by the side of the parked vehicle. As he approached to see if anybody needed assistance, it was not until he got to the other side of the parked vehicle that he realized the serious nature of the accident.
