Exclusion of stakeholders brought to fore in BBL hearings -- Marcos

After two straight public hearings in Mindanao, Sen. Ferdinand Marcos Jr. says the issue of exclusion of various stakeholders during the process of drafting the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) has been revealed.
