Kulgam, Mar 07 (ANI): One militant was gunned down in an encounter between security forces and militants in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kulgam late on Sunday evening. Kulgam Deputy Suprintendent of Police Ashfaq Ahmad said it’s a huge success as this militant had killed many security officials and civilians in the area.
