Close to 50% of people are interested in 'perverted' acts

A sex study coming out of Quebec, Canada is saying that more people are interested in sexually perverted acts than you would think. Patrick Jones (@Patrick_E_Jones) asks if it's that many people, can these acts be considered 'fringe'?
