Gilgit-Baltistan, Sep 27: Access to basic amenities is difficult to find in the inhospitable mountainous region of Gilgit Baltistan. Lack of healthcare facilities adds to the woes of the people in the region. People cry that even after decade's long occupation the region still lacks evens the basic facility.
