Mission Objectives:
• Go to the alleyway in Alderney city, near the red light district.
• Go the lookout point on the roof and wait for the politician.
• When the politician driving a red Cognoscente arrives, take a photo of him from the vantage point of him with a hooker.
• Send the photo to Stubbs
