IQ-BABY - Section 1.1 What determine intelligence?
For decades, it has been debated whether the intelligence of a human being is determined by nature (genetic inheritance) or by family environment, cultural and social context in which the individual grows up. According to scientists, statisticians and researchers, the intelligence and intelligence quotient (IQ) of a baby is determined 60-80 % by genetic factors as inherited genes from parents, and 20-40 % by environmental factors.
On one hand, the brain, the nervous system, and the baby’s body is developed according to the genetic instructions and nature received from genes inherited from the parents. On the other hand, an important part of the intelligence and IQ of the babies depends on the parent’s health and education, the prenatal nutrition of the mom, the family environment, the early stimulation received for the unborn baby during the pregnancy, and the nutrition during the first year of the baby’s life.
In order to improve the intelligence, the self-confident and the IQ in a baby, parents need to know how they can take and influence positively each step in the development of the baby’s cells and brain, even before the conception, until the age of school.
Rule #1 to have an intelligent baby is that before anything happens, try your best to find an intelligent partner.
