Excellent Review
I had my first visit with Dr Reynolds and Mike his PA on 11/7/16. My experience was very pleasant from the moment I walked in to register... I did not wait very long at all for x-rays or to see the PA and Dr Reynolds. Mike explained everything very thoroughly and made sure that I understood my options. Dr. Reynolds then assessed as well and WE discussed a plan which is as it should be... I am in Healthcare myself and tend to be pretty critical of any medical office experience. Dr. Reynolds and OSSWF are treating people/patients the way that it is meant to be. THANK YOU ALL
