Raised in Canada’s capital of Ottawa, Norm started playing guitar at the age of nine and over the years, the two became inseparable. His many influences range from the southern rock sound of the Eagles, to Poco, Loggins and Messina and the Birds.
With years of roadwork Norm honed his skills on stage and on paper, writing regularly and performing hundreds of shows a year. With two previous critically acclaimed albums, ”Me & My Guitar” and ”Life Goes On” -- both of which charted several singles on the various country music charts in Canada -- Norm’s new album project, ”It Don’t Get Better Than This” is true to his signature style of writing, some traditional country some country rock and good dose of Americana roots.
