BIGBANG singer Taeyang will begin his military service Monday, becoming the third member of the group to carry out his mandatory duty.
YG Entertainment says that Taeyang will begin his five-week basic army training session in Cheorwon , Gangwon Province, later on Monday.
His wife, actress Min Hyo-rin, will be there to see him off.
He will then be assigned to an army unit, where he will serve the rest of his 21-month mandatory duty.
On Tuesday, his fellow singer, Daesung, is also scheduled to begin his service.
The last member of the group, Seungri plans to enlist sometime during the first half of this year.
