The city is overrun by scooters at the moment due to so many companies offering ride sharing programs!
These companies will now have to submit applications, and accepted based on safety, sustainability, financial impact, and other factors.
5 companies will be chosen for a year-long pilot program, to understand how the scooters truly affect the community.
