The J.W. Marriott Desert Ridge has unveiled its holiday gingerbread display. This year's display was inspired by Alice in Wonderland. Almost all of it is edible. It was made with 900 pounds of sugar, 400 pounds of frosting and 1,000 pounds of chocolate.
