Winter Weather Advisory issued for Kern Mountains until Wed.

A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for the Kern County mountains and is in effect until Wednesday at 4 a.m. The first storm overnight is bringing scattered showers, light snow dusting above 5,000 feet and strong winds in the SJV.
