More than a week into the new TRAI regime, CNBC-TV18 has learned that 30-40 percent DTH subscribers have fully migrated to the new regime, with 20-30 percent of MSO subscribers migrating completely. While migration is in full throttle, there are plenty of concerns on cable bills rising under the new regime.
