India News: In a fiery 40-minute speech at the Janata Dal (United)'s national executive meet in Delhi, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar took several digs at Narendra Modi without naming him.
He cited Atal Bihari Vajpayee's example and said, "This country cannot be run by force...a leader must carry everyone together."
