Finance Minister P. Chidambaram on Monday bit the live video chat bullet on Google Hangout and took questions from a number of netizens on a variety of topics, acting much on the lines of ministers like Gujarat CM Narendra Modi and the US President Barack Obama. The otherwise reserved minister actually went on a live video. Responding to a question, the finance minister said the govt's net borrowings in the next fiscal will rise by only Rs 5,000 crore - the slowest pace of increase in the recent years.
