Traffic camera footage out of Tukwila, Washington shows the moments that power lines fell onto a road bringing down the pole which smashed into a passing car, all during a rainstorm on April 5th. Police reported that two people were trapped in the vehicle as a result, but were rescued and taken to the hospital. They are expected to be ok, according to officials. The cause of what made the power lines fall is under investigation.
