Allan Lorraine is the author of the book "Sales Manager Reset", which is a guide for new and existing sales managers to learn how to succeed in the role.
Allan Lorraine began his career after graduating from university. He attended Victoria University in Melbourne where he completed his Bachelor’s of Business degree with a concentration in Marketing and International Trade. After receiving his degree, Allan began his business career in sales in the automotive industry.
Allan Lorraine spent years working at an automotive company beginning as a Sales and Marketing Graduate. He had worked his way up to hold numerous leadership roles such as District Sales Manager for over five years. Allan Lorraine has been able to successfully grow and learn a lot from each position that he has held.
Allan had grown to hold even more managerial roles in the automotive industry. He was the National Sales Change Manager for a year before becoming the Retail Sales Development Manager for the Eastern Region of the company. He had helped to streamline processes and to create programs to improve the sales in these roles.
Allan soon gained even more skills in the world of sales, such as sales forecasting and sales presentations. He changed roles, and the company, to begin working at Sydney City Lexus where he made tremendous career growth. Allan Lorraine started as the Corporate Sales Manager and worked his way up to become the General Sales Manager for the entire dealership, which was the largest one in the country.
Allan then decided to share his talents and became the Director at BI Results, a consulting group for businesses looking to improve or revamp their sales department, and maybe their company in general. During his time there he was able to write his book to further help his clients and to help those who were located too far from his services.
When Allan Lorraine is not working he enjoys spending his time with his family and keeping fit. One of his passions is outdoor activities such as biking and skiing. He makes sure that he has time to spend outside doing these activities.
