Stranded workers or those who cannot go to work due to the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) are qualified to receive cash aid from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), the Inter-agency Task Force (IATF) for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases said on Thursday.
