After chairing a Cabinet Committee meeting on Tuesday, Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi said he had ordered the departments and agencies concerned not to wait for discussions on paper but take immediate action to address the drug abuse problem.
