Findings from VistaJet and CAAM do not point to sabotage

Private jet charter company VistaJet International said on Sunday that there was a technical operation issue on an aircraft that was supposed to fly Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad on April 27 but it did not jeopardise safety.
