As Moruga residents continue to be plagued by the worst locust infestation in their community to date, the Ministry of Agriculture says they are spraying wherever they can.
Ministry officials say the chemicals used are toxic and can only be utilised for mass kills in forest areas, however there are safe measures people can adopt for their homes.
On Tuesday morning members of the media were invited to a spraying exercise in Cachipe, Moruga, our reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh was there.
