Tropical depression “Isang” is seen to unlikely affect weather conditions over the country’s landmass, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
The state weather bureau estimated the center of the the tropical depression at 1,160 kilometers (km) east of Northern Luzon as of 10 p.m.
