After the allegations on NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede by Maharashtra Minister Nawab Malik in Mumbai's drugs case, Sameer Wankhede had applied in the Mumbai Sessions Court. Now on the application of NCB, the sessions court of Mumbai has categorically refused to grant any relief. The court has said that no order can be passed. Since the whole matter is going on in the High Court. So it is out of our scope. Actually, an application was filed on behalf of NCB and Sameer Wankhede regarding Prabhakar's statement and relief was sought, but the court, while hearing, gave a big blow to the investigating agency.
