Maharashtra minister Nawab Malik had questioned the involvement of a person (Fletcher Patel) cited by the NCB as an independent witness in many cases. Malik had alleged that the man was a "close friend" of NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede. Now, Fletcher Patel said that I was not involved in the cruise raid.
