As the Prime Minister spoke about the recovery of this country's energy sector from the COVID pandemic during his statement in Doha Tuesday, he also said the cost of reducing T&T's carbon footprint "is estimated at US$2 billion."
He says that revenue earned from the natural gas sector will be key in this transition.
