Putin and UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres participated in a meeting in Moscow yesterday. The UN Secretary-General Guterres discussed the situation in Mariupol and urged Putin for a ceasefire. But Putin said that there has been no shelling in Mariupol for several days.
