The Prime Minister did not return from Grenada on Wednesday as scheduled following the CARICOM Heads of Government meeting there.
The Office of the Prime Minister said his flight from Grenada has been delayed.
But the work of the Cabinet continued in his absence during a meeting which was chaired the Energy Minister for the first time in his capacity as the Acting Prime Minister.
